Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Terikos ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Google Ads AI Assistant Add-on for Google Sheets ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

The Google Ads AI Assistant is a productivity tool that lives inside Google Sheets. It uses AI to interpret natural language prompts, generate GAQL queries, and retrieve data from your connected Google Ads account. The Service writes formatted reports into your sheet and provides AI-generated insights.

The Service may evolve over time. Features may change, be discontinued, or be enhanced without notice.

3. Eligibility and Access

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have access to Google Sheets
  • Connect a valid Google Ads account via OAuth2

We reserve the right to deny access or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Account Authentication

No separate account is required. However, you must authenticate your Google Ads account using Google's secure OAuth2 flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google credentials.

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some functionality may be restricted to paid users. When you purchase a subscription (e.g., via Gumroad), you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees
  • Authorize billing through your selected method
  • Acknowledge that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We may change pricing plans with prior notice via email or the app interface.

6. User Data & Privacy

We do not store your Google Ads data beyond the session required to generate a report. Your data is processed on the fly using secure API requests and deleted after use. You retain full ownership of your data.

By using the Service, you grant us temporary access to read and process your Google Ads data solely to generate reports and insights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the system
  • Misrepresent your identity when using the Service
  • Use automated tools to spam, scrape, or overload our systems

We may disable or restrict access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, workflows, and AI prompts, is the intellectual property of Terikos. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute our content or interface without written permission.

Terikos trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses AI models (e.g., Claude or GPT) to:

  • Generate GAQL queries
  • Analyze performance data
  • Produce summaries and recommendations

While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You agree to validate all outputs before making business decisions.

10. Service Availability

We do our best to ensure high uptime and performance. However, the Service is provided "as is" and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, outages, or external API issues (e.g., Google Ads limits).

11. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service outputs. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

Terikos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Errors in data, summaries, or recommendations
  • API limitations or outages
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. To fully delete your access, please contact us through our website.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we'll notify users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
